Terrible picture, but seems to be so:

All are in excellent condition. Buckle needs polishing, the two collar insignia are almost new. I attended GCMA when I was 9 or so, walked a few tours. Good Luck Bidding!

As others have said, Gulf Coast Military Academy,
there's one in perfect condition on eBay.

Here is a Gulf Coast Military Academy belt buckle original. School was started by Colonel Hardy in 1912 and sadly closed in 1976. The school was in Gulfport, Mississippi. The school was around 64 years.
