I.D Help

Do any of you have a clue on what this is? the closest match I can come up with is Richterite. It may not be though, it looks like blue obsidian, and one part is slightly rough like pumice. It looks like its igneous. It has a slight color change from
blue, to almost black swirls in it. The rock on the right is obsidian, and the rock on the left is the mystery rock to show you the difference between the two. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Its slag. A product of steel making. Slag comes in a variety of colors mostly black. I can tell by the bubbles.
