Its not like you could duck out of the way... and I'm sure it would do more than leave a mark... actually... you would be the mark... on the ground...

They put a canister in the cannon filled with these... think of it like buck shot... but from a cannon...

cwdigger says he has 100 of them... and he does them in boiling peroxide then taps them with a hammer and the rust falls off...

Its in the peroxide now...
