Hello everyone! It's been a few crazy years for me, which has kept me away from my TreasureNet friends. I hope I still have some friends here who remember me.
I joined here 10+ years ago, back on August 17, 2011. Ireally enjoyed my time here, met some detectorists who are still my best friends in real life, and grew my metal detecting hobby. A few years ago, I relocated, had a few health issues, became a grandpa (eesh I feel old!), COVID hit everything, and I started an online business that sucked up 60+ hours a week, while still working a full-time job. I squeezed in some sleep, but really no time to metal detect or any online fun.
Life finally calmed down. I quit my full-time job to pursue my new online business full-time, West Shore Hobbies, got other things in order, and finally getting back out to pound-the-ground in central PA, plus enjoy my online time on my old favorite places like TreasureNet!
Well, enough of my ramblings... I need to get caught up checking out what I missed, and laugh at some 10 year old posts here that are a snapshot in time. - Viddy
