Went out around 7am. today
Not much beach to detect.
And this is low tide!
Pulled a hot 7 cents off the beach.
There was also a bulldozer filling in the paths to the beach.
The surf was looking awfully angry!

Good luck to you and anyone hunting Jersey beaches during and after the storm.

If you look back to the picture I took yesterday of the ferris wheel on the pier there was a small roller coaster in front of it.
Look on this beach cam and there is no roller coaster and the water is up to the ferris wheel!
That pier was like 30ft. higher than the beach!!
The web cam is on the opposite side of the pier that I took the picture from.

This above cam is no more. It just keeps showing the last pic on the server before it was destroyed.
It was on the boardwalk. If you look at my post below you will see that the boardwalk is gone!

All access to the Barrier Islands has been cut off. Most of the island is destroyed.

This is what used to be the boardwalk in Seaside Heights.

These houses were across the street from the ocean.

That's so sad, the boardwalks will never be the same!
