well if the ocean gets ya think of it as a "free" 10,000 burial ...but be sure someone records you being swept out to sea --insurance companies fussy that way ".seriously though if anyone really hates you badly ...avoid them a this time the hurricane would make a great "cover" for foul play --hit you in the head place you outside and then say sumpen from the storm must hit ya...
 

Well it looks like ill have to wait till tomorrow anyway. Still blowing 50 in vero right now. My buddy made it through the blow but bridges to beach are closed. Still a lot of storm left. Should be gone by the end of the day. We will see what it looks like out there soon.

Your freakin me out man. Youll have me looking over my shoulder on the beach. Guess ill pack the 45. I dont think anyone hates me that much. Any way how was the storm for you and whtats it like out there in your neck of the woods right now.

Now thats the spirit. Hardcore man, extreme metal detecting. I love it. I might have to try this middle of the night detecting like ive read about.

I once swam to a floating piece of dock to get across the intercostal to get out to T.I. beach when the Guard had closed it.

No joke. :)
 

From the looks of your profile photo it must have paid off. Its a long paddle to the santa margarita. Especially on a piece of dock.
 

I rode out Katrina in Hattiesburg MS in a cinderblock barracks building....Yeah it was a wild ride....Katrina was still a cat 5 when it was over us...

Ive been dreaming about that chain half my life. Pretty much the reason why I want to get up there as soon as I can. Just the chance at finding somthing like that keeps me going.

My boys in vero say lots of trees down but only minor structure damage. Thats on the mainland. still no report from beachside.
 

well it looks to have wobbled out to sea a bit -- if so we might miss the worse part of it ... I would not mind doing all this prepping for a "near miss" to be honest....
