I hunted the 3:23am low tide. Found this .925/14K ring in the wet sand coming back on to the beach. I also found a.925 ring and 3 bucks in clad. I saw a nice engagement ring dug Plat and a big diamond. That same guy when coming over to show me found a school ring on top of the sand no detector! one shot is a before pic.

I have to move near a saltwater beach :'(

Just curious; how do you clean a ring like that?

I use a Dremel motor tool with a brass wire wheel to take off the dark stuff and get the sand out of the crevices. The I switch over the a cotton buffer and use scratch compound they sell on the infomercials. After that I clean in it Jewelry cleaner and rebuff!
