As long as the laws, the lawyers, the politicians, the hands out for welfare, Obama care, Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein, the people taking my tax money to give to the scum of the earth, the unions etc. stay in DC, I have no desire to visit.

You really find a diff now a days between dems and repubs? I find them both lousy and incompetent. You really think you have a meaningful choice with this two party system? Tweedle dumb / tweedle dee.

I agree picker....I can only respond with what MY state sent to DC, hence my response of; Pelosi, Feinstein and Boxer. My personal favorite pres was Kennedy so it's not a dem/repub thing with me, it's the leadership of the office holder.

Understood. No doubt you got the @cream of the crop" - so I understand the frustration. The politicians want folks to think they have a voice but in the end they really don't. Would live to see four or 5 diff real political parties.

Not at all - still dem/rep. I was hoping the tea party would create a strong fiscal conservative / social moderate platform but unfortunately their original message got highjacked by a lot of fringe elements. I wish the religious right would leave the party and create their own group. I get very embarrassed to say i am a registered republican when I start hearing other elected officials saying evolution should not be taught in school or that women want to be raped. It seems to win the rep primary its a game of who can be the craziest. Just my opinion.
