Always have a 45 with me.........
Things are just too crazy today and it seems there is no place truly safe from evil.....and or animal problems.........around here we ahve the added pleasure of rabid animals which are unpredictable....

It is the 9x18 but I have a friend who is a surplus dealer and have had no issues in the last 15 years. Even with the rush recently on ammo I can always get them.

Nice!! It's not bad round at all!!

I would if I could, they want everything but your first born to get a CCW permit here in corrupt little RI!

Without a doubt, like someone wrote earlier, would rather have it and not need it that the opposite,

Yep...I'm a retired LEO & carry a Ruger LC9. The wife liked it so well she got her CCW and carries one too.
After wearing "hog legs" all those years, the LC9 feels like a toy :laughing7:
Happy hunting!

Kansas is an open carry state so I carry my Stallard JS-9 on my side so it can bee seen to work as a deterrent and a Ruger ACP .380 concealed. I've been staled several times while detecting our city park. Both times the group tried to get behind me and would hide whenever I looked back. I keep the JS-9 unloaded with the clip in my other pocket in case someone was to try and grab my visible gun while I was bent over. My .380 is loaded.

Yikes, I only hunt private land. Though as I said, mine is mainly for critters. Had a rabid skunk in the yard a few years back and it came after me and the dog. We got sprayed and so did the skunk, hh

I'm a Vet I'm always armed...... You just never know when. I'm partial to the Glock family I carry a Glock 17 concealed. But I also carry a knife and my keychain has cayenne pepper spray. You see I'm usually digging with my grandsons. I feel like I must still be the protector. I served in the military 30 years, I feel naked if I am not carrying. I'd carry my M4 if I could get away with it! Haha

... That is because people like to brag about there toy's ...........

No its more when I started the thread I didnt remember it done till.it was said, & I just startd to coneal cuz of all the bs that u c every Night on the news goin on its not that safe anymore is it, there for I was curious myself if others thought the same way, so its got nothing to do with bragging about what toys people have, & fyi a gun isnt a toy its a tool

I used to carry a stainless walther ppk .380 auto.

In vietnam only a knife. A knife is quiet, easy to conceal, never needs reloading.

Sometimes I carry when I head out in the desert as we are in the middle of smuggling territory here in AZ. Sometimes I'll stand around while my buddy hunts and vice versa. Works well.

I like knives too but I learned to never bring a knife to a gunfight.......would have been useless in Fallujah and Sperwan Gar. Just too damn many of 'um hehe

yes when detecting and when not everywhere its not restricted.

I always carry my .38 S&W while hunting on land.
When I hunt in the water...I revert to a water pistol:laughing7:
