How Easy Is It To Buy A Gun In Texas?

Well Duh!! Of course it's easy. Most of us own guns, were raised with guns, hunt, have home protection. You need no permits except to buy a new weapon from a dealer and then there are federal forms, but guns are sold, traded and purchased new and unfired, in the box, even have the warranty papers. Perfectly legal to sell your brand new gun that you bought on sale somewhere because you need the money terribly. Of course the price charged might be retail plus, but you can do it multiple times. You can get whatever you want if you are willing to pay for it. Had a friend that had a gun store right north of town. For his special customers he took the gun outside, fired it once and sold it as USED. He bought weapons from going out of business stores and "other places" for a huge discount, then sold them at a reasonable price and still made money. Wish he hadn't retired. Screw the BBC, and yes we have an express lane for third time offenders. No waiting, go right to the head of the line and be executed. Old Texas justice, Give em a fair trial, then hang em. Judge Roy Bean would be proud...

For "3rd timers"...? NO DNA "double-checks...?

If you want to see it look for it,Im no mans servant.I dont spoon feed anymore. It gets old.

Odd...you spend all your days here being a servant for Infowars writers and others and spoon feeding their rubbish to us...who if we WANTED to see it, we'd go and look! Right?

Several years ago a friend worked for an f.f.l. holder who along with some others doing small volumes no longer does business.
I do not recall why they had the choice of quitting or legal trouble but they were part of a source reduction. First time i saw him worried about the government he served affecting his civilian life.

And her point was??? It's remarkable how people that have never been free don't want other people to have freedom either.

I read your rubbish...admittedly on a whim, as i read all the other threads. Same reason you read my posts i guess...because they're there! Logic.

Don't think so, it happens pretty quick, our governor Rick Perry would execute his own grandma so he doesn't worry too much about rights. DNA analysis takes time and since Texas is #1 in solving criminal problems, you just don't want to hold that Express Lane up. Only thing is, lethal injection should have never replaced "Old Sparky".

Don't you be talkin bad about the Judge boy. He was the Law West of the Pecos and everyone got a fair trial before hanging. Actually he took their money, horse belongings, well, everything. He loved the Jersey Lilly(his saloon and courthouse) and she stands today, a monument to frontier justice. If you ever visit Langtry to visit the shrine, walk on over to the lille museum up the street and see the two headed lamb. Seriously though, I have a master's in history, teach college again, know the whole story and a few wonderful stories that are still told when old timers gather. But this is Texas, where we lie to you and ourselves cause it's just so damm hot we have to convince ourselves that we live in paradise. Now, see if his pet bear story is online. If not let me know and I'll tell it to you. Hilarious...luv ya dude...

As usual....main point totally missed!

I didn't miss the point, you did, point was again someone in England worrying about what citizens in their lost colonies do......

You want to play "world cop" "world saviour" "world bullyboy"....fine, but you then become "world news" generally under the "Entertainment for your pleasure" section! Something you just have to deal with my lost colonial brethren!
