How do you find the Date of Chinese TEN CASH coin?

Hello!

I dug this coin a few days ago in Portland Oregon. Seams the more I try to cean it the harder it is to read! And all I have scubbed it with is a toothbrush!

I can't make out the Province it is from. Can we pin point a date for this coin, or it is just a period of time/years? I don't know too much about these things!

Wow that's a cool find and your post also helped me I dug up the same coin on accident when I was stationed in Korea but could never figure it out because I couldn't read it. HH
