How do I "LIKE" someones post and what do all the icons here mean?

Right side of each post is icon that says "like" click it to like post... Triangle icon on left below each post is "report" icon to report problems and banner votes to mods..

Thanks for the help. I saw the "Like" on the right side but thought it was put there by the person posting. Duh.
