We are always interested in finding out how you found our site.

If you can please let us know if you found us on another forum, via Google or Bing or a friend perhaps? Or any other method.

This helps us determine what areas seem to be working for us (as far as letting people know about us) or what areas we made need to work on to help get the word out.

Thanks!
Google—I was looking for beginner tips and this forum came up. Everyone seems so friendly and knowledgeable. :-)

Was researching a find I made and one of the pictures that came up and matched my find was linked to a post on here so I joined. Ended up not getting on here much and forgetting my username and password :BangHead: so I ended up joining again a couple years later!! Now I can't imagine not being a member here!!
Glad to see your still around. How's your brother doing, bought my first T2 from him years ago up here in Greensburg

I am looking for a treasure hunter who can help me with the Yamashita treasures. I searched on Google about treasure hunting, and I found a site that intrigued me. I am considering joining because our land was used as a camp by the Japanese during World War II, and my great-grandfather was kidnapped by the Japanese and made to carry boxes that he didn't know the contents of because they were very heavy. He managed to escape when he needed to relieve himself, and his companions were killed.

I knew about this place long before I got into relic hunting, I think I probably stumbled across it looking up some info on a shipwreck or maybe some tinfoil hat "we found Atlantis with sonar" business like, 8 years ago or something. The site never interested me until I needed help identifying objects I was turning up metal detecting and honestly that continues to be its primary use for me. On the whole I avoid social media platforms if they don't serve my purposes, I'm still learning about this relic hunting business so this site definitely serves those purposes for the foreseeable future. It's a great resource.

I found the site through Google! When I searched for gold prospecting forums, this was first in results. This also appears to be the most active forum!
