How deep can a detector get?

First of all, hello everyone,
I am all new to the treasure-hunting world, and it's nice to meet you all! 😊

There has always been a "legend" running through my family that there is gold buried underneath our house, gold to be specific.

It is said that our neighborhood was built on an ancient civilization, my guess is that its graveyard where, back in the day, people used to bury treasure with their dead, perhaps to use in the afterlife. I’ve decided that now is the right time to try and dig for it since I need to pay an urgent hospital bill.

I’m looking for advice on getting a good, affordable gold detector that can detect deep enough—maybe around 10 meters. There price seem expensive, and I’m not sure if a regular metal detector will be enough. What do you think?

I've got to admit, I haven't heard this one before. If the Gold is under your house and that deep, wouldn't that mean you have to demolish your house? Also, it's a huge NO NO to dig in any graveyard!

Number one.... there is no detector made than detects gold that deep.
IF so... we would have all bought one long ago.

The fact that your house was possibly built ON TOP of graves is disturbing at best... no offense.
With that it is also hard to believe that anyone who had prior knowledge of gaves would build on them... this is also disturbing.
And three....
I am not sure of where you are located but in most cases disturbing a gave of any kind is a no no.

Your plan A was requesting a machine that detects 10 meters deep...! Move on as there isn't one.

Your home sits on top of where you want to dig... Isn't that a "problem"?
You've already dug up skeltons and you want to explore more right there?

I highly advise you to have a seat, think and develop a plan. A. sucks, B?, C.? Or come up with another idea for a new thread.

Buddy, I know it sounds disturbing, how do you think I felt when I learned that the whole time I lived above a cemetery, I was told it was a very old cemetery, like a cemetery that dates back over 3000 years.

No one knew that we live under an ancient cemetery until i saw one time someone was digging for constructions and found gold in there, rumorus started since then and I was told by my father that my grandfather has found gold in there before.

I've known about this for about 7 years, but I ignored the idea until now due to some emergency.

Its a house with a farming land, i don't know if you have those in america but it's like a house, with a yard were we do some farming and stuff, and a shed

zero unfortunately, i guess he was broke, also it was a fragment bone so i'm not sure if it's a human which we found
