How bad is the Ace 250 in wet sand?

I have an Ave 250 and have never used it on wet sand at the beach but hear its n ot good.Any one here have expierience at the beach with it

I have used mine in wet sand at the beach. If you get a lot of false signals, cut the sens back until it goes away. If you go to youtube and do a search for crackbadger, it will show you some of his finds at the beach with the Ace 250. GL and HH

With a name like "crackbadger" he has to be good

I use mine right up to the water's edge in wet sand. As the others have said with the sens back.
In fact last time at the beach the Ace was this bad

Sens I have 3 bars showing usually. Mode jewellery. Silver rings found at a salt water beach.
