I think it would be useful to have a place where we could record some notes or save posts so that we can refer to them later. For example, I am in the process of organizing a group hunt, and it would be nice to have a place that I could record a list of the people that have responded so far, or dates, etc. I know I could jsut start a post and keep track from there, but most of what I would want to record would be for my own personal use.

Also, people have posted some very useful information, such as links to IDing websites, cleaning methods...too many to name only a few. And every time I need to refer to one of these, I have to do a search by post keyword. I would like to be able to login and go to my "Notepad" and just reference it from there.

Now there may already be a way to do this here, and if there is, let me know. If not, I know I would certainly make use of a feature like that.

Thanks!!

When in the topic you want to save or mark, use the "My Bookmarks" option there in teh menu field... I've saved a few interesting posts there I like to refer back to...

Is that what you were thinking?
