After finding my 5th Hot Wheels car yesterday (a Dodge Viper) in less than 5 months........I got to thinking just how many some of you 'old timers' must have in your collection. I thought maybe a Hot Wheels display contest would be fun with a spectacular grand prize of bragging rights would go to the person with the most cars.

It may be lame, but, it may be a lot of fun, what dya say? Although, embarassing, I'll post mine first:

Finding the old Redline Hotwheels is cool. THose little cars are worth big money these days in good to mint condition. No telling how many thousands of dollars I blew up with firecrackers when I was little in the 60's.... :-[

Ahhh, not to fret......we have all done such things. I can remember shooting up a whole box of cylindrical records that a friend of mine and I found in a dump, with our BB guns. There must have been a hundred of them. Then there were the two boxes of 78 rpm large records that met the same fate. All of these things were in mint condition when found. I have to go now, my blood pressure is going up.

ah! looks like i gotta take some pics. i got a few intrtesting finds. i also weep to think of the things i desroyed in the sixties. :'( willy
