Not a playing HS for sure, Use a ruler or a dollar bill in the pic so we can determine the size.

Edit to post picture and explanation. A HS that may fit a small donkey could also fit a Pony so there isn't a way to say exactly what it was made for and in some cases it' not possible to say in which era it was made.

Thanks, I will upload the measurements tonight. Thanks again

If it has holes for nails it would be the real deal.
I figured d them all the time in a few different sites, mostly in the woods.
Fun to find at first after the first dozen or so it gets a little redundant.

Next to impossible to ascertain age or the shoe as pictured...

I have shoes just pulled off that look as rasty as that one...

Let's just agree its older than a week old...

Actually after a little cleaning it does have nail holes. As far as the find it was a bit special as my 8 year old found it while detecting our backyard. This is our first one so we were a little excited non the less. Don't know much about then is why i asked.

Clean it up and check this outImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1460487553.134101.jpg

Enjoy!
