Afternoon hunt today so only went for an hour. First 55 minutes I was testing different ground than yesterday, nothing but trash and deep pipes. So I went back to the edge of where I was yesterday, a little higher than the Rosie and Washington were and the first hit was this no date SLQ! My first SLQ, I am SO stoked with this place! I didn't even find my first silver this year until this week, now I have beaten last years' total. Granted I only 5 this year to last year's 4, but with my new spot I hope to annihilate last year's.

Nice! Yours looks to be an earlier one too, the date wore off like that only on the ones minted from 1916-1925, yours has the stars under the eagle so it is probably from 1917-1925.

The year isn't over yet, so your yearly total is going to beat last year's by quite a bit I bet. That is a very nice way to go over the top!
