Holiday Inn bag ID

I have a bag an I want to identify its age and/or its purpose.


On the bag it says:

"Holiday Inn Mexico" in a box

under it

"somos de confianza" tr: we trust/we are of trust

further down


a weird sun in a box with a caption "Posadas de Mexico" tr: lodging of Mexico


further down


"La gente mas servicial del mundo" tr:most helpful people in the world



The words on the bag are in brown and the bag is straw colored. It is also about the size of a human hand. I received it when I bought some junk silver (this was the bag it was stored in).

Shouldn't the mitts have some kind of finger opening? This looks like a bag more to me.
