It’s a mill stone with some kind of metal rod thing on it! Lol sorry I couldn’t resist. I have now ideal what the metal rod thingy is. But I like the mill stone.

I think osage express is correct. A barbed wire spool. I've strung my share of barbed wire in my youth.

I know for sure my wife would have "re-purposed" those for her flower pots if I found something like that.

I was not thinking barb wire holder but it seems right . With a little paint on it using it to hold things would be a perfect way to turn jink back to some thing useful . Thanks all
