What is the R? Silver? Filled?

So, my next question is what does Filled mean? Not silver?

Man, it even passed the magnet test! I believe it says lreland below the 925 R, I was just sure it was pure.

Looks like 925 P to me. Red brass dipped in silver maybe? I am basing this on melting points of the metals.

I can't tell from the picture, but 'silver gilt' means solid silver with gold plating. Not sure it is though.
