This has to be at least 20 times that I've searched this site and it just keeps giving more silver! This is the first US silver that I've recovered! every thing else has been Spanish 2,1 and half reales. In the past few years I've recovered at least 8 or 9 reales and a couple of early large cents, this place is loaded with iron and lead. I'm working on cleaning up one of the buttons that I am making out an image of a man on it, if it cleans up I'll post it later!

guess you'll have to "make do" with that US silver 😊 well done!

Visiting a site that many times one can call it an old friend.

Congratulations on the old silver. :headbang:

The half ring on the left looks like it came from a pocket watch bezel.

Visiting the old friends is a personal challenge.
To see if it gives up another keeper.
To test out a new setting.
Then to say "How did I miss that one?"
