I am trying to remember the response. It seemed innocuous? You knew that you could be antagonistic and that it made your life whole to do so. You also said you could deal with the slings and arrows of others as long as they were not juvenile insults with no relevance to the discussion?

Oh yeah,,, I think you also said that the capitalist system is the only true freedom the world has ever known.

Ask the citizens of northern Mexico that question. What do you think out guns stop at our boarders? That a little naive. The US is the largest arms merchant in the world by far. Our policies on guns impact the entire world. Agreed?

Dave I don't think I was responding to you but no i do not agree. You are talking about an incident involving a few thousand weapons of the millions manufactured every year and the hundreds of million in circulation. Does everything have to be an anti obama rant? Obviously these issues have existed for decades and its not a pro/anti Obama issue. The world always just can't be boiled down to pro/con, yes/no. Life is more complicated than that. Best.

We are doing what the UN is supposed to do. We help when people need us like in the WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, the gulf war (number1), Libya and Syria (soon). We give 50 percent of the UN finances. You should go to my last post in another thread where I wrote about how the UN needs to be disolved. We don't need to be the worlds police but when the UN stands by and does nothing we need to do something.
