& Almost all Zinc Cents are Very deep
& Turning to Shrapnel

after we were finished for the day we went
to check out another Ball Field / Carnival Grounds
site








We gained Permission within 5 Minutes of being there
so we decided to do a quick
Test search, (Both of us Cherry Picking)

My Finds

a Zinc Shaprnel Memorial
& a Whole One



and a 1946 Wheat



Jeff also got a Wheat here
in the Few minutes we Lasted.

Other Find;

Another Park, this time a Church Grove.
Pendot map in 1941 shows it was there then.



and a Very Unusual School on a Dirt road
I Decided to Explore.




Odd the School has square holes Cut in the Window Boards.
& Are Blackend like
the insides were Gutted
Or the place has been converted into a
Large Smoke House

Nobody around to get permission "YET"

It was a good day to get out, the wheat from the last park was a 40, the one from the ball field was a 42. I think I did 2.55 in spendable change, not bad

Oh and the trans-am, thats still in my pickup, might help that cummins spool up faster

Actually it's a Star.

It would need to be Pointing Down
(sign of the goat)
to be a Pentagram.

After reading about the pentagram that is really a star. I am reminded of a house that features swastikas laid in the brick work as decoration, I wonder if it was build Pre- WWII.

Hmmm interesting.. time to do a little research. Thanks for triggering that memory.
