Here's an interesting item.

Dug this tonite in a small town that dates back into the late 1600's Was once called Salems crossroads.Now i' don't fer a second belive this iotem datesback very far but it's unique none-the-less. It is pewter with silver plating.

Would'nt hurt to put it on e-bay....see what happens.Hate to think you have something that's may worth 10.000 and is just laying in a box.

It might not hurt to take it to a jeweler and see what they can do with it. It does look like it was worn as jewelery before and it is a nice looking piece. Might be able to get it fixed up and wear it or get more out of it if you decide to sell it.
