Here's a toughie

First off, sorry no pix but it's easy to describe. I got this out of a half dollar slot machine -

It's the same size (maybe a half-mm larger) than a US half dollar and prob copper-nickel. It's says the same thing on both sides "KARAKU OLYMPIA" from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock and "KYOTO" from 7 o'clock to 5 o'clock. The center shows a stylized drawing of (my guess) flowers. It has a coin alignment and isn't quite as thick as a US half.

I tried to Google anything on it but no success. Help PBK!

Yeah you put it in a slot and it fires up the karaoke machine, mush like a jukebox.

Karaoke is wildly popular in Japan with about half of Japanese people btween the ages of 18-30 saying they do it at least once a week.
