ay! I am far more concerned with inner beauty in myself and others. Some folks are beautiful inside and out but if they are not beautiful inside then the outside doesn't matter a great deal. Many I know I first did not notice how beautiful they were until I saw what was inside then as I got to know them better I realized their beauty and somehow their outsides are far more beautiful too. Botox can't touch that!
