Never seen one of those before. I would have to give it a shot too.

No 1909 s vdb's in those machines..Darn it! :icon_scratch: jgas

i need to get in that racket :icon_study:

I've never seen one of those machines before. They do look like fun. Hope we get them here in Pittsburgh.

OH boy.. I can see myself addicted to that like a Slot Machine...

Come on baby... SLQ... Come on.. no whammies.. no whammies... lol...

We don't have them here. God help me if they ever show up!

I haven't seen one of these in nearly 20 yrs. I saved all my quarters to sink into one of these at one time. Got alot of 1936 buffalo nickels! Good times, good times...

They couldn't be putting silver coins in those machines....the melt value of a common Rosie/Merc is over 5 times its face value....they'd be losing money.

Still, a very interesting machine to look at.

so what have you got out of the machine so far?

say their putting g4 grade cull wheat pennies (value 5 cents ) its an old collectible coin * with the plastic snap cap and labor cost and all cost say 8 cents --sells for 50 cents --profiet 42 cents if you get the wheaty 50 /50 chance you get a foreign bulk junk coin cost say 2 cents --with snap cap say 5 cents -- profiet --45 cents --- threw one or two cull grade mercs or indian head nickles cost $ 1.50 each and (3 cents for the snap cap and loading labor cost) say 2 good coins per 100 lot---- cost per 100 breakdown -- $3.06 ( 2 good coins) _ 48 wheaties at 8 cents per ( $3.84) / and 50 foreign junkers at 5 cents per ($2.50)---total $ 9.40 per 100 lot --- sell 100 of them at 50 cents each income $50 off a $10 investment --- 5 x times the investment -- and the mix would be 50 / 50 as it says . legal by the rules of course the odds of a good coin are 50 to 1 and about 50 /50 your going to get a cull grade wheatie (5 cents) or a foreign junker coin

of course once in a blue moon a better coin might pop up but it would be rare --- but heck folks buy lotto tickets with a slim to none chance of winning don't they ? --- like selling drugs to dope feinds that thing would be to coin collector types

That's a new one to me, never seen or heard about those machines. Good way to get kids collecting.

Never seen those before, but I'm sure gonna keep my eyes open.
Beats the hell out of huge gumballs.

I've seen one of those before, it may be a good idea to take up crh'ing in that area

Coin slot machine in my area would last 8 hours and it would be GONNNNNNE! That makes for Zero profit

That's a great idea for a gumball type machine.

I see that as a real money maker for the owner.
