Anyone have experience with these type of multi strike coins?
I’m wondering what the value might be, as well as if I should get it graded?

Considering it's 3 years old and has had time to enter circulation (although not much based on condition) I don't think it's a mint error. Looks to me like someone had a couple of pennies stacked and struck them with a hammer.

Wouldn’t there be damage on the coin besides just lettering if that was the case?
