Three different signatures. Can't read any of them. The guy in the middle appears to have just punched a couple of them, and is elbowing a third in the face. Maybe this is a fraternity hazing.

did a google lens search, they look caucasian to me though

That looks to me like Chadkeath's etching. Not just another copy of of it, but physically the same picture. The frame and the foxing on the paper match to the one he has. Presumably, he has put it on eBay without an identification.

Yup I live in Idaho too and found this at a thrift store. Bought it and have been trying to figure it out. So the original seller must have donated it. But what is weird is he still has it on his auction? So I’m not sure what’s going on.
