Hope this is the right place for this question...Ok, for some reason I have to log in every few minutes when im on Tnet...Sometimes, if I hit "back" I get logged out, other times, just reading post it will happen, or if I go to comment it will tell me to login..this is becoming most annoying...Is there some feature I have set wrong?? Perhaps some auto log out thing??? Thanks for any help with this, Tom

What platform and what browser are you using?
It sounds as if you have something set to automatically clear your cache.

Try sticking a pen/ or pencil in the reset ( pictured on the far right) for 10 seconds.System will shutdown, clear, and reset in a couple minutes. 003.JPG

Um thanks, I don't think this is a problem with my Router/modem..I do not have this issue on my other sites I visit, just Tnet..I'm running windows 7 With Google Chrome, sall updates current...As far as I know my cache does not clear automatically..I do use CClean ,but in manual mode...This just happens every few minutes, I have to relog into Tnet...Thanks for the replies..BTW im on a business line from Frontier....My Company Computers has not issues with log outs, nor does my laptop on any other Sites...

On similar message boards, you check the "Save" box as you logon (at the logon screen). Otherwise, you will time-out and be logged off. Hope this helps.

Mine is checked here, and i can log in instantly, as my password pops right up...I will see about trying some other browser, perhaps I will load one as they have all been removed except Chrome....Thanks

I was having the same problem a month or so back. I now check the save box at every login and have no issues. Hope you get it figured out.
