I used to have a painting like that... but much more realistic. They sold these things by the 100's on the Eastern Shore at art festivals. I paid $25 in the mid 80's then gave it away as a white elephant gift at a party @ 2000.

I'm told artists would crank these out as fast as they could and just make up names to sign the pictures.
