I thought it was maybe P. Longriff, Texastee, but at different angles I can see an 's' on the end of the name :icon_scratch: . I have searched on eBay for Longriff---I'll try the name you suggested 'Lorgciff'.

I don't think its been signed with a felt tip, Brady--The color of the signature is the same paint color on the bird. And the signature is under the glaze.
