Hi everyone & thanks in advance for any information you may be able to provide. I picked this up at a local yard sale last weekend. I was wondering if anyone could help with translation, artist signature, location made and or the approximate age. Thanks again & have a great day !

Agreed. The artists name would be the red “inkan” (red signature stamp) at the bottom. The black text is some type of “haiku” or words of wisdom.
