It looks like it could have been a cow bone from the knee joint.Probably from a bone someone gave to their dog.We used to get them from the butcher.

Looks like it’s knee related, as stated prior, probably from a beef, or as we say in New England, a cow.......... moo

Our driveway is limestone from the Bahamas and your piece looks very similar. Most of the limestone is 1/2 inch but some of the larger pieces can be up to 4 inches. Often times pieces of coral and fossilized shells are mixed in as well.

NOT sure what it is . But i do have a question for you was JEFFERY DAHMER your NEIGHBOR ?

I live in AZ, would that make a difference?

I actually found a lot of bones in what looked like a BBQ pit about 3-4ft down. So I assumed it was animal bone. But odd thing about it was, they burned marbles, toy cars, a tax token, a ton of glass medicine bottles, a padlock, dog/cat tag with the name and address of animal hospital, brass door hinges, a chauffeurs badge, what looked to be a tiny ankle or wrist restraint w/ a chain, and a lot more. The AZ tax token was dated from 1937-1940, and the chauffeurs badge and animal hospital tag have 1948 dated on them.

Yikes!!!!

I found a few small bones..but I am not sure if they are teeth or not. Most of the bones are burned, fragmented, or both. Why do you ask?
I was just asking because of numerous bones. I was wondering if you could match them with some teeth?

Looks very much like the knee-cap bone of a bovine (cattle).
