Help with Id. Found on the Chesapeake bay in MD.

I think it may be serpentine. But Iā€™m just not sure. I find them on my beach. Not a lot and you have to really look. Iā€™m tumbling some now and will post more pics ina few weeks. Some are darker and some are much lighter green. They always have black specs. I have been trying to get an id o. The for awhile now.

Looks like serpentine to me, I could be wrong, black mineral might be Schorl, nice specimen:icon_thumright:

Iā€™m thinking serpentine too. I have so many. Iā€™m tumbling them now. In a couple weeks Iā€™ll post pics of the tumbled ones
