in the 80's I got a rosery (for my wife) in peru made by orphans who lived in the mountions they were trained by nuns & monks to work as silversmiths that is the ONLY place other than in the phillipnes and thailand I have seen such fine workmanship being done these days --- by the way the phillipines is were much of the old royal jewelry was made --their craftmanship in jewelery making is historically well known -- know this --if you sell it --most likely you will never see another piece like it again outside of a meusem. --- Ivan

ohh such interesting stories...my 1st thought was to sell the bracelet...now im not so sure..it seems to have some history which i am finding fascinating....hope those orphans in peru were treated well by those nuns..id hate to think it was slave labour..
