Help with button please....

Same spot as usual, found this button I've never seen before, also tinklers, lead, and broken crotel bell. One day I hope to find a complete bell ! Any info on this button?

Can't tell you much, other than civilian (which you probably already know!) I could probably tell you more date wise if it had a shank............
