Can anyone tell me what the area I've circled in green with the symbols represents? :icon_scratch:
I was thinking possibly a 19thc granary?

Thanks,
Dave

A granary is a storehouse or room in a barn for threshed grain or animal feed. Ancient or primitive granaries are most often made of pottery. Granaries are often built above the ground to keep the stored food away from mice and other animals and from floods.

I doubt that this map legend means anything to your map, shows the one symbol as a tree stump or root stock. Perhaps it was a very old tree there worth marking? If it meant siloh I would think there would be several marked on the map.
