Help me ID this ?

Hey, I live on Martha's Vineyard and for the most part find many early british coins as well as early American coins, however I pulled this one up yesterday from a field that has been yeilding me many coins. Not sure what it is ? Anyone's guess ?

Haiti 1841 2 Centimes. Nice find!

It is a Haiti 2 Centive, 1840s, I have a Haiti 1 Centive, dated 1841 The date at the bottom is AD 38, which if I remember is 38 years after Independence.
