Found this next to a 3 ring bullet but it's significantly smaller and flat on the top. Any ideas?

Here is an equation I used to get the caliber: 0(38)=the caliber of the bullet. That would equal invisible calibers!!!! That equation never lies.

Everyone is right. A modern wad cutter, had a brass case. Tony
