Help identifying this? Looks like a pitcher and is blown glass.

I’ve had it for years and can’t ID it. It has a pontil mark on the bottom. It stands about 7” tall. I was thinking it was someone learning how to make blown glass or some kind of joke?? Any help greatly appreciated.

It looks like a failed piece, hand blown for sure. The spiraled chipping around the side is where a coil of glass was wound around that part of the pitcher and broke off, possibly because it was applied too cold and didn't fuse together properly. Bottom pontil mark was never cold worked and it was never signed suggesting the coiled piece broke off either during annealing, or shortly after leaving the kiln.
