Help identifying these bowls

Hi. Can someone provide any information on these bowls? My husband purchased them for valentines day and I've been searching for info but can not find much.

Are there any markings or stampings on the bottom, or even on the rim, of any of the bowls? Are they heavy duty enough for the stovetop/oven, or are they for serving?

I can't find any markings or stamping on any of them and bc the bottom is forged I think you could cook with them. There's a tiny hole on the rim of each bowl.

The bowl in the second photo looks like there is a giraffe etched on it, if it is, it most likely is a African.
