First one looks like druzy quartz on sandstone, the other pics are quartz crystals but the red thing inside of it...

looks like foreign debris, like a seed or something. That's my opinion but maybe one of the professionals can weigh in to see if there is anything else it could possibly be. Doesn't appear to be a rock or a crystal due to the shape, and doesn't appear to have grown there naturally. If that were my stone, I would take a dental pick and lightly see if it can be removed easily. I wouldn't dig at it though - just see if it is loose enough to basically fall out. Doesn't look bound to the adjacent quartz to me.

If that is a rock of any kind, it could be a tiny pebble of iron jasper that got wedged in there.

Thank you very much, I appreciate it. I tried moving the little pebble thing it's in there pretty good. Looking at the in the sun light it kinda has a orange/yellow glitter type of shimmer to it
