Help Identifying Hallmarks on Sterling

I found this decanter label and am curious about the hallmark. Anyone have any ideas?

How big is it?

It's about 3 inches across. I have a bunch of decanter labels but none with a hallmark. I was thinking maybe this one was older than some of the others that I have.

Couldn't find it but it looks old.where did you find it?

Can't make out the third mark from the left. This might help date it correctly.

I think it's pretty neat. It came in a bag with 2 others that looked more modern. I think I paid six bucks for the bag. Normally I research and sell but I'm tempted to keep them just because they're pretty neat looking.
