Hey guys, Found these bayonets and powder flasks with my wife in an out building along with other cool antiques on her parents property left by a former relative that lived there. I'm assuming the flasks are civilian hunting due to the scene on them (which is the same on both sides) but anyone know the age or maker? Also any information on the bayonets would help. Thanks!

It's a civilian purposed flask. I found a similar era flask on ebay with the rabbit brass on both sides... Link Here. Any chance you can add measurements from the bayonet that may help identify it?

Possibly for a Brown Bess.

British Brown Bess Bayonet. India pattern bayonet has an overall length of 22 inches with 17.2 inch flat topped blade, 4 inch socket with 1 15/16 stud to muzzle measurement and near 1 inch muzzle ring diameter.

Here are the measurements I came up with. For the one with the open end fitting with complete tip Overall length-18 1/4" Blade length-13 1/2" and for the other with the broken tip (measuring to the broken tip) Overall length- 16" Blade length- 12 1/2"

One looks similar to the bayonet in this link listed as "C" (Early to mid 18thC. French bayonet and scabbard
-Appropriate for all models from 1717 to 1746, but will fit up to 1760) but I don't know the measurements for it.

Definitely a civilian hunting flask. When flasks are maker marked the mark is usually on the top face near the spout.

They better made bayonet looks like a Model 1855, but missing its locking ring. The 2nd bayonet looks Rev War, from any number of European styles. Very nice. And as noted by others, the powder flask is civilian. All good finds!
