Hey, I sure could use some help figuring out my latest find. I found a coin about 8 inches down that is so worn that when first looked at, it looked like an oversized "slug" from an electrical circuit box. After cleaning it up I could vaguely see the outline of an indian head. It looks like an indian head penny, but it's as big as another coin I have which is an 1835 liberty one cent piece. Did they make a large Indian head one cent piece? I have some of the Indian heads that are the size of a regular penny, but this is much bigger. Sorry to say, since it's made of copper, it's so worn that just the faint outline of the head on the front and a small part of a wreath is on the back. I'd attach a picture, but it would do no good. Your thoughts, anyone Thanks!!! Goadster from Ohio
