Hi, I found this coin in Ocean City NJ last month. I cannot get the crud off of the front of it but I did manage to clean the back of it pretty good. It is nickel size, a bit thinner than a nickel, reads between 40 and 65 on my Deleons TID and jumps around between iron /foil and tabs. It has a leaf on the back which appears to be an Oak leaf with an acorn attached to it,around the edge is a ring with stars on it dated 2002.

I found the key type thing on an old homesite that gave me a 1900 Barber Quarter earlier this year. Thanks. :)

Nooooo, I can't see that. Yours looks like oak leaves; the ones you point out are feathers and flames. I'm not knowledgeable in this area, but keep looking. That's a unique coin! -Noodle

I got it right this time. Click on the link and then go down just a bit and click on German Euro coin sets and it is on the bottom of the page. Mine has the A mint mark.
