Hello Winter

Well that was the fastest fall I have ever seen here in this part of GA. Tuesday I was out getting a sunburn and today I woke up to winter. Going to be 30 in the morning they say. How is everyone elses weather going? Shoot they aren't even done pulling all of the fields yet. There was snow 50 miles NE of me glad we missed it this time, rock

Well our first storm Sunday started out winter in a sucky manner.I haven't had power since Sunday at about 5pm.The estimated time of outage is until Thursday sometime.Thank god for the wood stove.I made porkchops and potatoes in my ash bucket last night.I don't mind a few days without power but much after that is not cool...ain't missing much the politicians got the TV jammed up bad anyways...mjm

i am with you...something about getting out the kerosene lamps from time to time and cooking on the wood stove that I don't mind either...
